Software Maintenance

Customers receive one year of Standard Support with the purchase of a qualifying software product license as part of the our Maintenance Program. We also provide Premium Support for customers with complex or mission-critical deployments.

Maintenance includes the following :

  • Software/solutions Installation support
  • Support for technical problems with the software/solutions
  • Free updates and upgrades of software within the maintenance period

THEAMA support goes beyond standard software maintenance services. We offer additional separate services for consulting on methodological issues, for explaining specific functionalities, for creating workflows or for software customization.
